Creatine isn’t just for muscles as studies show it may boost brain performance too. Research from the University of Sydney links supplementation to improved memory and intelligence, while another study in Psychopharmacology found reduced mental fatigue during demanding tasks. Vegetarians, who naturally consume less creatine, appear to benefit even more.
