Can black coffee really cause dramatic fat loss?

Caffeine can modestly increase thermogenesis and fat oxidation, which may slightly raise energy expenditure. However, current evidence does not support black coffee as a standalone solution for significant or rapid fat loss. Its biggest benefits may be increased alertness and a small metabolic boost, while nutrition, exercise, and sleep remain the real drivers of fat loss.
