European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said EU could help Morocco improve border security amid Ceuta migrant crisis in Spain. "In cooperation with Spain, [EU] could ​enhance border management early-warning systems and improve technical and ​financial support to Morocco," she added. Her remarks came after Spanish President Pedro Sánchez said EU's reaction to the crisis was "selfish".
