Hotels and restaurants are facing a shortage of commercial LPG cylinders. As per CCPA guidelines, restaurants can charge only the listed food price and GST. Officials said no additional fee can be imposed without customer consent. If establishments wish to offset rising input costs, they would have to revise menu prices rather than introducing separate line-item charges, News18 Hindi reported.
