Can mosquitoes be cured of malaria?

Scientists at Harvard have developed a new method to fight malaria by treating mosquitoes with anti-malarial drugs instead of just killing them. Special bed nets coated with these drugs can make mosquitoes harmless by eliminating the malaria parasite inside them. This approach could help stop the spread of malaria, especially where mosquitoes resist insecticides.
