Clinical evidence indicates that tailored exercise regimens can improve bone mineral density and reduce fall risk in individuals with osteoporosis. Weight-bearing and resistance exercises, when prescribed and monitored by professionals, enhance musculoskeletal strength and stability. High-impact routines, however, may increase fracture risk and should be avoided unless clinically advised.
