CJI Surya Kant stated on Friday that ensuring justice for poor litigants is his top priority, and he is willing to sit in the court for them until midnight. "No luxury litigation in my court...I am here for the smallest...poorest litigant in the last row," he said. "If needed, I will sit here till midnight for them," he added.
