The Delhi High Court has ordered that Flipkart's 'latching-on' feature "can't be used to sell counterfeit products or to mislead the gullible public". The feature allows third-party sellers to list their products under existing brand listings. In a previous ruling, sellers were ordered to seek the brand owner's consent before using the 'latching-on' feature.
