Can too much caffeine be dangerous?

While caffeine is safe for most people in moderate amounts, very high doses especially from powders or concentrated supplements can cause serious health problems like seizures, irregular heartbeat, or even death. Doses over 1,200 mg at once can be dangerous, and around 5,000 mg may be fatal. To stay safe, stick to 200-400 mg daily and avoid highly concentrated products.
