Can you have a stroke and still walk or talk?

short by / on Thursday, 22 October, 2026
A person can have a stroke and still walk or talk. Sudden dizziness, blurred vision, poor balance or unexplained weakness in one hand may be warning signs. Even symptoms that disappear quickly need urgent medical attention. Seek emergency care immediately, note when symptoms began and never wait for paralysis or speech loss before taking action.
