Canada advises citizens to limit having alcohol to two drinks a week

Canada's government-backed guidance advised its citizens against not drinking alcohol and if they drink, they must consume no more than two drinks a week in order to mitigate health risks. The latest guidance is a steep drop from the previous recommendation published in 2011. It allowed a maximum of 10 drinks a week for women and 15 drinks for men.
