On May 21st, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has renewed the Parents & Grand parents Program (PGP). The IRCC plans to send out 35,700 invitations with the goal of approving 20,500 complete applications for Canadian permanent residence. The invitations aim to only target the profiles submitted in 2020 as a part of PGP.
