Canada police can now demand breath samples in bars, at home

Police in Canada can now demand breath samples from people in bars, at home or anywhere else under a revised law aimed at curbing drunk driving. The new rules make it a criminal offence to be over the legal blood alcohol level within two hours of driving. Refusing a test may lead to fine, licence suspension and jail, among others.
