Canada to pursue direct indictment against 4 Indians over Nijjar's killing: Report

Canada will pursue a direct indictment against four Indians accused of killing Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a spokesperson for BC Prosecution Service told The Indian Express. A direct indictment means the case will go directly to trial without a preliminary hearing. The four accused Indians are Karan Brar, Amandeep Singh, Kamalpreet Singh, and Karanpreet Singh.
