Outgoing Canadian PM Justin Trudeau in his farewell speech expressed pride in his government's work over the past decade. "We are a country who will fight when we must, elbows up," Trudeau also said in an apparent reference to US' new tariff policies. He made the remarks at Liberal Party's gathering wherein Mark Carney won the race to succeed him.
