A Canadian couple has won the lottery for the third time, splitting a C$16.3 million (around ₹78 crore) jackpot with another ticket holder. The couple, Douglas and Barbara Fink, had previously won the lottery in 1989 and 2010. The couple, whose recent jackpot was the largest, plan to spend their winnings on their family, a new house and travelling.
