A Canadian federal court has upheld decisions to deny the asylum plea of an Indian couple who argued that they'd face prosecution if sent back to India due to their pro-Khalistan activities, Hindustan Times reported. The couple, Amandeep Singh and Kanwaldeep Kaur, had presented protest photos and Khalistan voter cards to support their case. Their claims were, however, deemed "disingenuous".
