A 24-year-old Canadian man has sued social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube for ruining his productivity by being "too addictive". The man claims that he has also developed negative views towards his body image due to the platforms' addiction. Lawyers representing the man said the platforms are designed to increase dopamine secretion and get users addicted.
