Canadian PM says he considers possibility of US military attack on his country

Canadian PM Mark Carney said his government has considered the remote possibility of US military action against Canada. Speaking to The New York Times, Carney said it would be "irresponsible" not to prepare for such an "extreme tail risk". Tensions between the US and Canada have swelled in recent years after President Donald Trump threatened heavy reciprocal tariffs on Canada.
