Talking about costume designer Bhanu Athaiya who passed away aged 91 on Thursday, Kulbhushan Kharbanda said, "She...lived a full life, has been an inspiration to many." Kharbanda, who worked with Bhanu in 'Lagaan', added, "She...knew her art well, she'd know where she'd get...certain costume stitched and by whom...I was amazed at her knowledge and can't think of anyone like her."
