After receiving the resignations again from rebel Congress-JD(S) MLAs, Karnataka Assembly Speaker KR Ramesh Kumar on Thursday said, "I am not acting in haste because I have to convince myself first. I cannot work at a lightning speed." He added that the resignation letters are now in correct format and he would decide overnight "whether these were genuine and voluntary".
