Capgemini is going to acquire WNS, a digital-led business process services (BPS) company, in an all-cash deal worth $3.3 billion. It is expected to strengthen Capgemini position in the fast-growing Intelligent Operations market, which blends AI, automation, and industry-specific process expertise.
