Capgemini Technology Services India has sold Knowledge Park in Maharashtra's Thane for ₹550 crore to a subsidiary of Pune-based Panchshil Realty, according to property registration documents. The deal covers multiple plots spread across 15.38 acres and includes five commercial buildings, a training centre, three cafes, and a guest house. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹27.5 crore.
