Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, after presenting Interim Budget, said that government capital expenditure would have to be increased steadily, however, there is also a need to pay attention to the absorption capacity of capex. She asserted that private capital has started to flow into the country. She added that there has been no cut in capital expenditure allocation.
