The Neyyattinkara Additional Sessions Court in Kerala on Monday, 20 January, sentenced Greeshma, convicted in the murder of 23-year-old radiology student Sharon Raj, to capital punishment. Justice Basheer found her guilty under IPC Sections 302 (murder), 328 (poisoning), 364 (kidnapping for murder) and 201 (evidence destruction and false information to protect offenders).
