A CCTV video has surfaced on social media where a car was seen running over a stray dog deliberately in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. In the video, the car first hit the dog and then took a reverse to drag the dog under the vehicle. It is not clear if any action has been taken against the driver or not.
