A car flipped over and hit multiple other vehicles after the driver opened the car's gate to spit gutkha (tobacco) while speeding at 100 kmph in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur. All three occupants of the car were thrown out of the car following the impact. One of the occupants was flung into a metal structure near the divider and sustained fatal injuries.
