Jewellery retailer CaratLane has appointed Co-founder and COO Avnish Anand as the new CEO of the company with immediate effect. This comes days after Titan announced it will buy an additional 27.18% stake in CaratLane from Co-founder Mithun Sacheti and his family for ₹4,621 crore. After completion of the deal, Titan will hold a 98.28% stake in the company.
