Jaipur-headquartered CarDekho Group has acquired Philippines-based automobile classifieds site Carmudi. Notably, CarDekho had expanded operations in Indonesia in 2016 through ventures like Oto.com and ZigWheels.com. Founded by Anurag Jain and Amit Jain, CarDekho has so far raised over $177 million from investors including Ratan Tata, Sequoia India and Trifecta Capital Advisors, as per Crunchbase.
