Jaipur-based Girnar Software, parent firm of used car marketplaces CarDekho and Gaadi, has acquihired Ghaziabad-based car auction platform Carbiqi. The two platforms have added Carbiqi's retail auction model for selling pre-owned cars offline and online. Gaadi CEO Vibhor Sahare said Carbiqi Co-founders Akansh Sinha and Anubhav Deep will lead Gaadi's sales and operations verticals as Co-founders.
