Cardiologist shares 4 things one can have after dinner

Even after dinner, a person may sometimes crave something to munch on. Dr Haresh Mehta, consultant, cardiology at PD Hinduja Hospital and MRC, Khar shared four healthy options- chamomile tea, turmeric water, handful of nuts (walnuts or almonds) and lemon and ginger tea. "Try finishing your dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime," he suggested.
