Cardiologist shares the '5 W's' that should not be in kitchen

Dr Alok Chopra, a cardiologist in Delhi with 40 years of experience, listed five ingredients that should be replaced and removed from the kitchen. These are white sugar, white flour (maida), white refined salt, white polished rice and white refined oil. "Remember this: the whiter the food, the more the nutrition has been stripped away," the cardiologist noted.
