Cars24 CEO Vikram Chopra revealed a major gender gap in the company’s India workforce. Out of 6,803 employees, only 951 are women, around 14%. More notably, the company has no women at the Director level (B6). Chopra said women join at entry level but drop off before senior leadership, calling it a system issue and seeking feedback from women leaders.
