Carysil informed exchanges that its subsidiary Carysilnox commenced commercial production of additional 70,000 stainless steel kitchen sinks annually, taking total capacity to 2,50,000 units per annum. The ₹6.7 crore expansion was funded through internal accruals and debt. Ashish Kacholia held 3.52% stake in the company as of March 2026.
