Dr Anahita Pandole, who was driving the car in which former Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry was travelling during his accident in September, has been booked by police in Maharashtra. Pandole is still in the ICU and is undergoing treatment due to injuries from the accident. Police recorded her husband Darius Pandole's statement. Mistry was killed in the accident.
