A caterpillar was found in an IAS couple's order at a fine-dining restaurant in Gurugram's 32nd Avenue. An inspection was conducted at the restaurant on Monday and food samples were sent to a government-approved laboratory for analysis. A senior food safety officer said the inspection revealed multiple lapses in food safety protocols.
