The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court in the ‘Jana Nayagan’ case, seeking to be heard before any order is passed. This comes as producer KVN Productions plans to challenge the Madras HC division bench ruling that set aside a single judge’s direction to grant the film a UA certificate.
