Mohsin Khan, director of upcoming film 'Mamta Child Factory', claimed that Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) is delaying his movie due to its surrogacy theme. He stated, "To be told that subject is 'not permissible' is shocking because surrogacy is legally recognised." He added, "This experience reflects how difficult it's become for independent voices to survive in the system."
