The CBI on Tuesday arrested state-run Indian Oil's General Manager Dibyajyoti Datta in Assam's Guwahati for allegedly receiving bribe of ₹2 lakh from a business representative. The CBI had received a tip-off that Datta demanded bribe for allotting a petroleum outlet in Nagaland's Tuli. Datta had assured them of securing the site by manipulating computer systems, the CBI said.
