CBI books BluSmart founders Jaggi brothers in ₹672-cr fraud case

CBI has registered a case against BluSmart co-founders Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi for allegedly causing a ₹672-crore loss to IREDA. The state-owned renewable-energy lender had given loans to Jaggi brothers' company Gensol Engineering and its EV-leasing arm to procure EVs for the now-defunct EV cab-hailing service. However, the funds were allegedly misappropriated and diverted for personal use.
