The CBI has registered a case against Hyderabad-based Golden Jubilee Hotels, its directors and unknown public servants over an alleged bank fraud. CBI said the company took loans from a consortium led by Bank of Baroda during 2009-15 but didn't repay instalments. The loan account became a non-performing asset (NPA) in 2015 with an outstanding amount of ₹1285.45 crore.
