In a case of bribery, CBI issued a chargesheet against against Lt. Gen (retd) Tejinder Singh on Tuesday. Singh is alleged of offering bribe of Rs 14 crore in 2012, to the then army chief, VK Singh on behalf of Tatra truck suppliers. The basis of the chargesheet were pure circumstantial evidences, including their meeting, according to CBI sources.
