CBI has arrested absconding accused Kamlesh Parekh, promoter of Kolkata-based Shree Ganesh Jewellery House, in a high-profile bank loan fraud case. He was taken into custody on Friday after being brought back from the UAE. The case pertains to allegations that the company cheated a consortium of 25 banks of about ₹2,672 crore.
