The Central Bureau of Investigation filed a review petition in the Supreme Court on Friday in Delhi's 1997 Uphaar cinema fire tragedy verdict, arguing that it wasn't given enough time to present its view in the case. The SC on August 18 had imposed a ₹30-crore fine on cinema owners, Ansal brothers, and let them off without jail term.
