The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed an FIR in connection to the Manipur case wherein women were paraded naked in May after ethnic violence broke out in the state, an official confirmed on Saturday. The incident sparked outrage after its video surfaced earlier this month. In an affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, Centre termed the incident "too heinous".
