Competition Commission of India (CCI) has notified new rules on cost of production regulations to check predatory pricing or deep discounting on e-commerce and quick-commerce sites, CNBC-TV18 reported. Any attempt to sell products and services below the cost determined by CCI will constitute predatory pricing. CCI has also provided a formula to calculate the cost of a product or service.
