CCI on June 26 ordered UltraTech Cement, Dalmia Cement, Shree Digvijay Cement, and Sunrise Enterprises' proprietor, Umakant Agarwal, to furnish their companies’ finances in a case involving ONGC. This comes after ONGC alleged that the cement makers, in coordination with Agarwal, colluded to fix bids in tenders floated by the oil company. CCI gave the firms eight weeks to respond.
