The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released a new map showing the most obese states in the US. West Virginia ranks as the state with the most obesity in the nation, with a prevalence of 40.6%. The state was followed closely by Kentucky with a prevalence of 40.3%. California has 27.6% prevalence of obesity.
