A 42-year-old patient died hours after a ceiling fan allegedly fell on him inside the emergency department of Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital in Delhi on Saturday night, police said. The hospital denied that the incident caused the patient’s death, saying he succumbed to underlying medical conditions. His family has demanded an inquiry into the incident.
