Kotak Mahindra AMC MD Nilesh Shah said the bull run in gold prices is expected to continue. "Central banks are now becoming like Indian housewives, regularly buying gold and not selling. It's their buying which has pulled gold prices higher," he stated. "The buying is likely to continue as people diversify away from securities, especially of Western bloc," he added.
